Local nonprofit organizations to receive no-cost marketing services
Charlotte Chase and Steve Clark, co-owners of Allegra Design, Print, Signs in Cottonwood announced the recipients of this year’s Allegra FootPRINT Fund®, which helps nonprofit organizations “leave a footprint” in the community by awarding print and graphic design services for promotional and informational materials.
This year’s award recipients include Casa Children’s Center, Central Arizona Animal Search and Rescue, Clarkdale-Jerome Elementary School PTSO, House of Ruth, Manzanita Outreach, Old Town Mission, Sedona Area Homeless Alliance, Sedona Public Library, Verde Valley Fair Association and the Verde Valley Medical Center/VVMC Foundation.
The Allegra FootPRINT Fund®, launched earlier this year, awards more than $5,000 annually to nonprofit organizations and associations seeking financial assistance for graphic design and printing of brochures, newsletters, forms, invitations, posters and other print communications. Applicants that qualify are eligible to receive up to $1,000 each.
Award recipients were selected by a review panel of Allegra employees and Allegra customers, based on how print services will be used to further organization goals including service expansion, program enhancement and maximization of existing resources, as well as the organization’s innovation and resourcefulness.

Allegra launched the FootPRINT Fund® this year as part of a nationwide effort supported by the company’s franchise headquarters, Alliance Franchise Brands. The FootPRINT Fund® was developed to help unite and strengthen local communities by assisting eligible nonprofit organizations and associations in building their awareness and increasing local support.
To be considered for a FootPRINT Fund® award, nonprofit groups, associations and charitable organizations with a main office or branch in Cottonwood and its surrounding communities must submit a completed application. Next year’s application will be available in early 2017 at 11 N. Main St., Suite C, or on the Allegra website website at www.allegracottonwood.com.
